Operation and Control

The Human Interface provides easy switching between auto and manual modes. The machine features a standard clockwise bending direction and fully hydraulic clamping on both the clamp die and pressure die for secure material handling. The hydraulic system is arranged in a level-way configuration for stability.

Bending System

It uses a direct-acting hydraulic pressure die with an adjustable speed valve. The machine stores up to 16 programs, each supporting up to 16 bends, and includes programmable material spring-back settings for each bend angle.

Axes and Feeding

The bending axis is cylinder-driven, while the feeding and rotating axes are manual, offering flexibility and ease of operation.

Material Compatibility

The machine delivers precise, repeatable bends in materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and brass. A foot pedal start mechanism allows for quick cycle initiation.

Included Accessories

Includes water cooling, tooling for draw bending, a wiper die bracket, and a mandrel rod. Also comes with an operation manual, tool box, and adjustable tools. Available with flexible electrical options (3-phase 220V, 380V, or 415V).
