Automation and Functionality
The SB-219CNC is a fully automatic pipe bending machine, providing a cost-efficient solution for high-performance tube and pipe bending. It uses three programmable axes and servo motors for both feeding and rotation, ensuring precision and reliability.
Bending Modes
This machine supports two bending modes: hydraulic pipe bending for standard tasks and servo-controlled CNC tube bending for more precise and complex applications. Hydraulic pressure die assists ensure consistent, high-quality bends during each cycle.
Maintenance and Lubrication
The mandrel lubrication system reduces friction and enhances operational efficiency. A centralized greasing system ensures proper lubrication for all moving parts, minimizing wear and improving reliability.
Control and Stability
The touch screen PLC system allows easy operation and real-time monitoring, offering both automatic and manual modes. The electric cabinet features a cooling fan to maintain machine stability and extend service life.
