Features
Control and Operation
The Human Interface offers seamless control with auto and manual mode options. The machine bends clockwise with hydraulic clamping for the clamp die and pressure die, positioned in a level-way setup for stability.
Bending Process
A direct-acting hydraulic pressure die with adjustable speed ensures precise bending. The machine stores up to 16 programs, each supporting 16 bends, and includes programmable material spring-back compensation.
Feeding and Axes
The bending axis is driven by a cylinder, while both feeding and rotating axes are manual for flexible and precise control.
Material Compatibility
Ideal for repeatable bends in materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and brass. The foot pedal start mechanism enhances operational efficiency.
Included Features
The system comes with water cooling, draw bending tooling, a wiper die bracket, and a mandrel rod. It also includes an operation manual, tool box, and adjustable tools. Power configurations are available for 3-phase 220V, 380V, or 415V.
