Features
User Interface
The Human Interface makes it simple to switch between auto and manual modes. The bending direction is clockwise, with hydraulic clamping on both the clamp die and pressure die, ensuring secure material holding.
Bending Mechanism
The direct-acting hydraulic pressure die with an adjustable speed valve ensures smooth operation. The machine can store up to 16 programs, with each capable of 16 bends, and includes programmable spring-back compensation for precise results.
Feeding and Rotation
The bending axis is cylinder-driven, while feeding and rotation are manual, providing easy control and customization for various tasks.
Material Handling
Repeatable, high-quality bends can be achieved on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and brass. The foot pedal allows for quick initiation of bending cycles.
Accessories and Power
Includes water cooling, draw bending tooling, a wiper die bracket, a mandrel rod, and a toolbox with adjusted tools. Electric configurations available in 3-phase 220V, 380V, or 415V.
