Features
The fully automated serpentine bender integrates decoiling, straightening, cutting, and bending into a single operation, specifically designed for processing single aluminum, copper, or Bundy tubes. Compared to traditional manual methods, this automatic system significantly boosts efficiency and reduces labor costs.
A three-part clamping die minimizes tube distortion, ensuring smooth and accurate cutting edges. High-precision concentricity is maintained, ensuring excellent welding quality in subsequent processes. The chipless cutting system uses 360° rotary cutting with two-point clamping, ensuring clean cuts without material loss.
The machine features a patented servo-controlled bending system, designed to achieve precise bending angles and directions. Specially designed bending tools guarantee consistent bending radii with minimal deformation, resulting in high-quality, visually appealing bends.
