Operation and Performance
The SB-18CNC is a fully automatic and cost-effective pipe bending machine, equipped with three programmable axes for precise control. It features servo motors for both feeding and rotation, providing high-performance bending with accuracy.
Bending Modes
Two bending modes are available: a hydraulic pipe bender for traditional bending needs and a servo CNC tube bender for more advanced and precise operations. Hydraulic pressure die assists ensure consistent and uniform bends across all cycles.
Lubrication and Maintenance
The mandrel lubricating system reduces friction and ensures smooth operation during the bending process. A centralized greasing system lubricates all moving parts, extending the machine's lifespan.
User Interface and Cooling
The touch screen PLC system simplifies the control of the machine, providing easy access to both auto and manual modes. The electric cabinet is equipped with a cooling fan, ensuring optimal machine performance over time.
