10-Axis Rotary Head CNC Tube Bender

The 10-axis rotary head CNC tube bender is ideal for producing complex tube parts with multiple bending radii. The rotary bending head allows quick switching between different radii without manual tool changes, improving efficiency and flexibility in production.

Equipped with advanced CNC control and multi-axis motion, the machine ensures high bending accuracy and consistent quality for demanding tube fabrication applications.

Characteristics

• Master Center Control Software – A proprietary HUASHUN software system providing easy access to both automatic and manual operating modes with a user-friendly interface.
• Equipped with an industrial PC (Windows system) and a 15-inch touch screen, supporting drawing import and reading, with 3D simulation of the bending process and tube application.
• Servo absolute-value closed-loop control system ensures high precision and stable machine performance.
• The control system features two-way conversion between XYZ coordinates and YBC working coordinates, allowing flexible programming methods.
• Rotating bending head design enables multi-directional bending operations, ideal for complex three-dimensional tube components.
• The rotating head structure is optimized through dynamic mechanical analysis, providing high rigidity and excellent stability, ensuring high bending accuracy without vibration during operation.
• Multi-layer tooling design (up to 6 stacks) allows installation of different bending radii. The top layer can also be configured for push bending, enabling automatic tooling change during the bending process.
• Remote control capability allows convenient program assistance and technical support.
• In automatic mode, the Y-axis automatically positions to ensure consistent workpiece quality.
• Equipped with an Internet port for system connectivity and data communication.
• The system supports multi-language operation and self-diagnostic functions, facilitating machine operation and maintenance.
