Features
1.The round rolling machine features a compact and reliable transmission system driven by a reducer and rollers. Its wheel-driven design ensures stable feeding without slipping, making it suitable even for thin-walled materials.
2.A high-precision servo motor controls the roller position to achieve multiple bending radii on the same workpiece.
3.The machine is operated through a user-friendly touch screen interface, where parameters can be easily set to produce circular, arc, or spiral shapes with different curvatures.
4.The foot switch includes an emergency stop function for safe and convenient operation.
5.By simply changing the groove shape of the roller mold, the machine can process various metal profiles such as angle steel, flat steel, round steel, and other special-section materials.
6.It is especially useful for bending large-radius profiles, avoiding the need for oversized pipe bending molds — an ideal supplement to traditional single-head and double-head pipe bending machines.
7.Equipped with two pressing rollers, the machine can automatically form S-shaped curves in both directions, enhancing flexibility and expanding its forming capability.
