Indian Construction Industry Clients Visit Zhangjiagang HuaShun Machinery to Inspect Pipe Bending and Rounding Machines

Indian clients from the construction industry visited Zhangjiagang HuaShun Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (international brand: AIKE) for an on-site inspection of the company’s pipe bending machines, rounding machines, and overall manufacturing capabilities. Company representatives accompanied the guests throughout the visit.

A Look Inside the Workshop: Equipment and Processes

Led by the company’s management, the clients toured the assembly and production areas for pipe bending and rounding machines. Both sides held detailed discussions on machine structure, bending accuracy, tooling configuration, level of automation, and the range of pipe sizes and materials the machines can handle. The clients also observed the equipment in operation and shared specific requirements for applications such as structural steelwork and pipe forming in construction.

Sample Wall Showcases Forming Capabilities

In the sample display area, the wall features a wide range of finished pipe parts with different diameters and bending shapes, including multi-bend and irregular profiles. The clients discussed the technical details of the samples with our engineers and recognized the company’s forming capabilities. Robots working alongside pipe bending machines on the shop floor also demonstrated the company’s strength in automated production.

In 2005, it began collaborating with a renowned Taiwanese pipe bending machine manufacturer, introducing advanced Taiwanese engineering technology, and in 2007 it officially became Zhangjiagang Huashun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The factory covers approximately 6,000 square meters and is equipped with machining centers, lathes, a boring machine, and drilling machines. Its product range includes nearly 60 types of pipe processing machinery, such as circular saws (pipe cutters), pipe benders, pipe reduction machines, gear grinders, press brakes, riveters, aluminum cutters, chamfering machines, and rounding machines. In 2023, building on its long-standing manufacturing foundation, the company launched AIKE, an internationally oriented brand that combines proven manufacturing expertise with a dedicated global service approach.
