Cause of motor fault of pipe bender: when the motor of pipe bender was corrected, the number of turns of stator winding was reduced too much; The power supply voltage is too high; Y pipe bender motor motor is wrongly connected to Δ; During the motor assembly of the pipe bender, the rotor is installed reversely, which makes the stator core misaligned and the useful length shortened; The air gap is too large or uneven; When removing the old winding during overhaul, the hot disassembly method is improper, which causes the iron core to burn.
Troubleshooting: rewind the stator winding to recover the correct number of turns; Try to recover the extra voltage; The motor of pipe bender is changed to Y; Assembly from scratch; Replace the rotor or adjust the air gap; Repair the iron core or calculate the winding from the beginning, and add turns appropriately.
Causes of motor failure of pipe bender

4. Reassemble;
5. Replace the rotor or adjust the air gap;
6. Repair the iron core or recalculate the winding, and increase the number of turns appropriately.
