Although China has introduced a large number of large-scale extrusion technology, long rod hot shear furnace, aluminum rod heating furnace and other equipment, at present, the separation lubrication technology and lubrication functional materials of most large-scale aluminum extruders depend on imported lubricants. At present, the flash point and softening point of solid lubricants used in small extruders in China are too low, and their performance, size and structure cannot meet the requirements of large and medium extruder robots.
