The medium frequency induction heating is used on the hydraulic pusher to push forming, and the pushing speed is 40 ~ 50mm / min. During the pushing process, the tube blank passes through the die on the mandrel, and the phenomenon of expanding bending, shifting and shaping occurs. In order to eliminate the stress and refine the grain, the elbow after hot processing needs normalizing heat treatment.
Elbow manufacturing process: use forklift to send the formed elbow into the straightening die on the hydraulic press workbench to complete one-time elbow correction, and use forklift to take out the elbow with different diameter correction from the straightening die. Then rough machining, machining or gas cutting method, cut off the excess at both ends of the elbow, and reserve 10 ~ 15mm groove machining allowance. The basic processing principle of cnc pipe bending machine: it takes a core head with certain geometry and size, i.e. ox horn core head, as the mold, and a considerable length of core rod is welded at the back. The length of the core rod is determined by the length, size and number of pieces of the extruded tube blank in each working cycle. Before pushing, pass the preform to be pushed from the end of the mandrel into the mandrel, and then pass through the push plate. During pushing, the push plate slowly moves the billet forward. When the front end of the billet starts to enter the position of the heating ring, it is heated immediately. At this moment, the extruded tube blank begins to be thermoplastic deformation, that is, bending deformation is accompanied by expanding deformation. This deformation process continues until the elbow is completely separated from the core. At this moment, the elbow has been pushed into shape.
